When the installed material cannot reach the handbook class, or when every treatment would be a short life. New material is specified to the target P class. That is a flooring job, not a wipe-on.
We will not send a menu of brand names and ask you to pick. The report plus the area type plus the photos is enough to name a path in most cases. If it is not, we will say what we still need — a closer photo, the substrate, whether the tester wet the floor or found residue.
The written opinion includes a scope of works you can print or forward to another contractor for a second quote. That is deliberate. Premrest has built a business on long-standing, honest, trustworthy relationships — you are not obliged to use us.
Premier Restorations quotes the path and can carry out the works across Australia. We are not a referral broker. After the works, a retest is a separate visit and a separate record. We do not roll the retest into the works report and call the job “compliant”.
