How this site, a quote, and a retest sit against each other.
This website is operated by Premier Restorations Group Pty Ltd (ABN 27 634 747 952), trading as Premrest. Using the site or sending a report is a request for a view and a quote, not a contract for works until you accept a written quote.
What we are, and are not
We interpret a slip-test report you already have, give an opinion on a rectification path, quote works, and can carry those works out nationally. A works report is not a compliance certificate.
Handbook figures
P-ratings discussed on this site follow published HB 198:2014 guidance and, where relevant, NCC Deemed-to-Satisfy classifications. They are not a substitute for the current Code, a project specification, or the original tester’s conditions.
No pass promise
Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a floor will achieve a stated P class after treatment, or that works will be complete inside a set number of hours. Timeframes in a quote are estimates.
National work
We quote and attend sites across Australia. Access, hours and substrate conditions sit in the quote. If we cannot do the path you want, we will say so.
