What we do with a fail report you upload.
Failed Slip Test is operated by Premier Restorations Group Pty Ltd (ABN 27 634 747 952), trading as Premrest. This policy covers information you send through failedsliptest.com.au.
What we collect
If you use the report form we receive your name, email, phone, site address, area type, any P-rating or deadline you enter, your notes, the PDF, and any photos. The text fields are posted to Formspree. The files are posted to a site upload. If you call 1300 207 915, we receive what you say on that call.
How we use it
To read the report, form a view on the P-gap, quote works, and carry out those works. We do not sell the list. We keep job files for as long as the work and ordinary Australian record-keeping require.
Sharing
Formspree processes the text submission. People who need the report to quote or attend the site will see it. We do not use this form to build a marketing list.
